Allowing bullying to go on in the workplace knowing full well this person has been disciplined for this before. Failing in their duty of care to employees for ignoring this and then allowing the bully, after an investigation by outside investigator uncovers damming info to resign. They then tell complainants nothing can be done because resigned.
What will happen now to other people. We need this to never happen again but this has already cost us thousands of pounds and can not afford solicitor. Back at work now with bully gone but this could happen to someone else because they have got away with it and I feel a line has not been drawn underneath. Not even an apology as like they say this is an admittance. Any advice please.

Do you focus on their right or left eye? I mean what if the person has a lazy eye? you won't know which eye to focus on.

because i would like it to work like a turbo timer in a car (cools the turbo in a car down after the engine has been turned off)i play a lot of games and the fan go's crazy so it would be helpfull if i could control the speed so that its always going at a good steddy speed that will keep it cool thanks !!!

My son used to like bath-time, but now it's like pulling teeth. He rushes through it, sometimes not even using soap. He thinks just because he got wet that he is clean. We have had the discussion about how his body is starting to change and he needs to be mindful of taking care of his body so that he doesn't stink. I am at wits end. Short of bathing him myself or sitting in there with him, which would be embarrassing to him and uncomfortable for me, I don't know what to do.

I just started my period 2days ago. Normally I feel cramps before I start and I did not. I also bleed alot but, I am bleeding very little. For the first day it was a medium brown color and now its normal color. However, I am still bleeding very little. I think that there is something wrong with me. Could I be pregnet? HELP!!!

I am of the christian faith, my gf is not ..Although she has a spiritually that practices good principles, and she is a very good person ..I am very in love with her ... and she loves me very much too ..I would like to accept her spirituality and take her as she is ...but , I am really disturbed sometimes, but this "do not be unequally yoked"" of the bible, which seems to reason in my head each time, I am with her ...She is a really good person, kind, filled with good sense, pacific, altruistic and so on ...all the good things , but she is not a christian herslef, she is practicing a more open kind of spirituality, although, our relationships is difficult m because of this verse ..I have told her my situation and her too, she is decided not to become a christian, I still love her, she still love me depply ..and she told that if the price for interdiction is love, there should no problem with it ... I'm already in love with her and we are engaged.what should I do ?..I love her !

We have a new neighbor, and in our apartment complex the wall between our two master bedrooms is thin. I'm a really light sleeper, and she gets up early. The problem is, her alarm goes off, at it's loudest setting every morning at 4:00a.m. I wouldn't mind this, except for the fact that she hits snooze, so we hear the alarm constantly for the next hour!!(EVERY WEEKDAY) We have an infant in our bedroom, and it actually wakes him up as well. I can't stand it anymore. I feel like i have no right to say anything, yet I want to. What would you do?
I have talked to her casually a couple of times, but I really don't know her well, and don't want to cause a problem.

My 99 Mercury Sable LS has a few problems just wondering if anyone has any advice or input.
First of all, the low coolant light is staying on. But the coolant resevoir is full. after driving the car about 25 miles today i stop to get gas. i filled up and upon starting the car up with the a/c on and taking off down the road- the heat gauge went up all the way to "H".
I heard that turning on the heater would pull hot air away from the engine- and causes cars to not overheat- so i did that and it went back to normal mid range b/w "C" and "H".
The car wasnt smoking, or the coolant boiling or anything funny. it ran fine also.
Im taking it to the mechanic in a couple of days- but before I wanted any advice of what to expect and prices.
If its just something that needs to be flushed or anything minor would it still cause the gauge to read hot even if the car may possibly not be overheating or does the gauge always accurately read that the car is hot and is overheated

this is not my email address its a friends so please dont send her anything about me she thinks im dead. but i really need to tell some one my story even if no one believes it my name i guess now is "dirge elvira rocko trousers" i know its bad to give your name out on the internet but, its not my real name i dont even know my real name. it all happened 3 years ago on halloween night this is my last memory and i want some one to know what happened to me. i was in the cemetary with sevral diffrent people i cant remember ther names or even their faces, we were playing truth or dare and i remember that who ever i used to be i was verry brave and never turned down a dare thats one of the few things i remember or i never would have ended up like this. they dared me to lay down on top of one of the graves untill midnight and caw like a crow at 12:00 i was never scared. and thats the last thing i remember. im out of room so ill finish in the notes under this.

i had a 10foot conifer hedge about 48foot long. Lush green and healthy. I have just had a gardener in to cut 3-4 foot off the top and trim sides. Well, they have been cut right back all over, now see through, and are just brown dead dusty leaf things. Has any idea if these will recover. They look really bad no green at all.
