Does anyone have or know where I can find a woodworking pattern for making cafe' or plantation shutters?

I want them for inside my house, not out. I have searched in a lot of places but with no luck. I am learning woodworking and would love to try this. I appreciate any help on the matter. Thanks!

They are a lot of work. It will depend the size of the window or area you wish to cover. If you want movable louver or not? For inside the wood is not that import. Will you paint them?
