I find that phrase really offensive, right along with "bringing a child into the world." Puhleese....

I guess because the truth is hard to swallow for some...so they refer to it that way..... I don't see anything wrong with the other one....

They say that because it feels like and seems like every religious person out there wants to "shove religion down your throat". I hate to say that, but that is how it feels.

Because, as demonstrated by a few here, when they get in your face and start their sc(p)reaching, it feels as if they are shoving a fist down your throat.

It has NOTHING to do with their PERCIEVED truth, it has to do with their POOR attitude and that they feel they MUST SC(P)REACH to everyone.

Because religious beliefs have a lot of exposure, and avoiding that exposure can be extremely difficult.

How about "attempting to legislate christian dogma, and in doing so, infringe on non-christians' religious freedom" ?


Yeah, it's more accurate, but it doesn't have that "ring"
