I'm trying to figure out the best way to lose weight. I work constantly, and dont have time for much exercise but I stand, run, walk and lift/carry a lot at work. I try to eat healthy (greens, meats and dairy) but nothing seems to be working. Also, I work until midnight almost every night, and we dont have breaks at work so my eating habits are kinda cock-eyed. More often than not, the best solution for eating is fast food. I need to lose weight I gained from a depressive spell before...anyone have any good suggestions??? please????
