Different people have their preferences as far as hair and eye color. Just like they are primarily attracted to different areas of the body.
The overall concept of beauty changes every 10-20 years. What is popular is an abstract idea that gets dictated by the people like fashion designers, makeup artists, and hairstylists. Even 1000 years ago there were styles and trends that came and went. Fat, skinny, blonde, brunette, green, blue... Everything at one time has been in style and popular. Give it time, it will be in style again.

Well a while ago Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera would be conisdered really pretty and sexy, now it's all about Angelina Jolie or Keira Knightley, both brunettes, so yeah i think so.
