i got it done it may and sometimes it gets sore, i do sea salt soaks but i wanted it to heal faster so i can change the jewelry any suggestions

Sometimes the salt can actually dry the skin out too much, making the navel ring harder to turn and can actually cause infection. So I wouldn't do it too often. I just bathed mine morning noon and night with warm water, cleaning around it properly with a cotton stick and made sure it was dried thoroughly so not to breed bacteria and turned it regularly. I had no problems just caring for it simply.

get in a swimming pool. the only reason that they say not to for the first 6 months is b-cuz the clorine cleans it all out and heals it faster then the regular process.
