Tears.............?

Question

I've been crying for long periods of time... hours, days, ..
After you cry how do you get rid of the redness in your eyez..and also if they are puffy. .........................................................................

Well for one crying that much isnt going to help. lol. i once cried that much b-cuz a really close friend commited suicide. but then i stopped. i dont know how or why. but it just stopped. its like i ran out of tears or something. i think that maybe using some visine will help with the redness but the puffy-ness i would say put a cld wash rag on the. . . just a guess.

I hope everything is OK over there.
A cool compress will help, but mostly it just takes a little time. Wet a washcloth with cool, but not cold water for quick and easy. Try Visine if your actual eyes are red, not just the skin around them.

One of the philosopher says "when you have dirt inside, not the water, but just tears can clean it." So this is not sth. bad.

Cold tea compress on your eyes will help,
