i'm not planning on paralizing anybody i'm helping a friend write a book!

And my stomach keeps growing,and something keeps moving continiously, I don't know what it is?????????,since all my test have been negative,oh and also I haven't had a period since 04/06? 2 weeks ago I went to ER,took another TEST and it also was NEGATIVE, the doc, did not check me, he just said I had a TRACK (urinary) infection and gave me some pills? I still dont get my period and, Is just getting worse?

ANY one please help?

I'm a manager at a convenient store and I'm getting to the point that I want to give it up and just be a regular cashier, I stay behind on my paper work all the time, the stress of it all is just getting to me, but everytime I go to tell them I don't want the managers postion anymore, I end up not telling them. I love my boss' they're like family to me and they have alot going on right now, short of employees so I feel sorry for them and won't tell them how I feel, so do I just go ahead, get brave and tell them how I feel and finally relieve myself from all the stress, or just keep my positon be unhappy so things will be better for them?

I am 33 years old. I weigh 340lbs and only 5'7". I suffer from borderline personality disorder, which means I hate myself, I feel lost and alone all the time, and I cut myself to feel better, and as a punishment as well, because I'm not good enough for anyone: not my parents, my brother, friends, or God. I have over $10,000 in credit card debit. I work two deadend jobs which don't pay for crap. I'm so tired all the time from all the psych medication I take for my problems (much of which don't seem to work) and I can't afford therapy right now and I haven't had a date or anything else with a woman in over 4 1/2 years. Can someone please tell me why I should get out bed in the morning? And don't give me a religious answer. Where was He when I was molested as a child or ignored by my parents or felt so alone and in so much pain and just wanted to die as a teen . Can someone please give a me a reason, please? Because I can't really think of one.
