"A variant of mivacurium chloride" is apparently what the show calls it. Mivacurium chloride exists, but the Carver's variant is probably fictional.

The Carver, when he attacks Sean, says "It's a modified form of mivacurium chloride". The actual drug is probably not real, but mivacurium chloride does exist.
