Why do we pretend God is so worthless that he 'hates' and 'loves'
Wouldn't an all-knowing being have far greater emotions than the ones we are currently able to comprehend?

Doe the 'God is love' verse simply mean that love is the closely we can really understand? Do we REALLY know about how God 'feels' about anything?

Please help with wall color for new home?

We just built a new home, and I need help on my paint choices. The home is on an open plan, with the kitchen/dining rooms being visible from the living room. I wish to paint my living room a Moss Green or Sage. I have hardwood floors, and my furniture will be a oak finish. My couch consist of sage, burgandy, golds and browns. My chairs will be a deeper green like a willow color. The dining room/kitchen is one area, and is directly off the living area, open floor plan. My floors are a beige/cream ceramic tile, cabinets are a fruitwood color, has a hint of a peachy look, and the countertops are a cream/beige mix with specks of a darker brown and black. I really want my living room to be sage or moss green, and would like my kitchen to be a peach or maybe terra cotta color, but do not want an eyesore, could someone recommend a color for my kitchen/dining area if I did paint my living room Sage. Also a good color for window coverings..curtains..drapes. I would really appreciate your help

Is it still possible to run a 18:00 three mile run at 37 years old? If so, how? (Marine Corps Veteran)?

Call it midlife crisis or what, but I truly feel I can do this! First of all I quit smoking and have lost 40 lbs total. I want to continue to improve on myself for the better of....me actually! This is something I was never able to accomplish in the Marines, but I smoked backed then. Fastest time was when I was 21 and that was 22:30. I still have a good bit of weight to lose to be at ideal weight (60 lbs), but never have I followed through more consistantly on my life goals than now. I expect some teasing on this one, but that is alright, you'll be 37 soon enough...lol. Thanks for all those who can help; hopefully, some current Marines may give input.

What is your IQ? Are you a genuis like me?

i've never actually taken an IQ test that wasn't on the internet, or in which my score wasn't presented to me with the option to buy detailed reports and framed certificates. and if you've learned anything from yahoo answers it should be that you shouldn't trust anything on the internet

but if i had to guess i would say that my IQ is around 207. i know i'm not as smart as stephen hawking, and not to blow my own horn (i can't, i tried, what? i was 13) but i am pretty much a genuis

oh and, while im asking questions, how do you get red wine stains out of your ceiling? i didn't have a corkscrew so i tried opening it by stabbing the cork with a butterknife as hard as i could
