i've never actually taken an IQ test that wasn't on the internet, or in which my score wasn't presented to me with the option to buy detailed reports and framed certificates. and if you've learned anything from yahoo answers it should be that you shouldn't trust anything on the internet
but if i had to guess i would say that my IQ is around 207. i know i'm not as smart as stephen hawking, and not to blow my own horn (i can't, i tried, what? i was 13) but i am pretty much a genuis
oh and, while im asking questions, how do you get red wine stains out of your ceiling? i didn't have a corkscrew so i tried opening it by stabbing the cork with a butterknife as hard as i could

I haven't been tested in awhile, but I was tested in Jr high and was found to be in the 'gifted' range. However, I don't put much faith in these types of tests because they are catered to one specific type of intelligence, when in fact, there are many.
You can remove red wine stains by using dish-washing liquid and hydrogen peroxide (seriously). In case you ever need to know, hydrogen peroxide also removes blood stains!

Over twenty years ago when i tool the IQ test it came out, My IQ was 148. I think I'm a lot smarter now that then. Haven't seen any were i can be retested. I know I'm at level 4 and have 72 best answers. What determines how smart or dumb a person is, is where that person is at. You go to another country and can't speak the language, or know the customs, you become a dumb dumb. If people are talking, and you do not know what they are talking about, you become a dumb dumb. In this kind of case's it makes you feel like a real doe doe dumb dumb ding a ling. When i took my test 170 was considered to be genius. Aren't you rather stretching it saying you think your IQ is around 207. I think you failed the test, because you spelled the word Genius, Gunuis. Bill Gates the richest man in the world, i can assure you has no were near this kink of I Q. This man i admire, he used plain old fashion horse sense to get were he is today.

I would guess your IQ is much less than 207. Genius level is between 130 and 140, depending on which test you use.
Try writing to Mensa, and taking their test. Also, have you taken the SAT? That's very similar, and will give you a good idea of how you compare other people your age.

Alright, mine is 160, and I am also a teacher. IQ means nothing other than the fact that it tells how much you are able to retain and learn. And that would be what would make you, "smart".
As far as the wine on the ceiling, first of all,stabbing anything with a butter knife isn't very intelligent. The knife, albeit a dull one, could still prove very dangerous because of the force that you applied to it. You could have stabbed your hand, or worse, your eye. The splash of the wine on the ceiling could be removed with a ladder, and a spray bottle containing peroxide, and a sponge.

If your IQ's 207 I'd say you have the majority of 6 billion others beat. So I guess your 1 in 6 billion if it's that important.

I have taken tests other than on the Internet. When I was in grades school I was studied by the University of California, I am a certified genius...My parents opted not to advance me in school reasons of my social development. What my I.Q. was then I do not know, at the last testing 5 years ago it was at 156. Regardless of my I.Q. , I know that I am smart enough not to stick a knife into a cork in a wine bottle.

Nope and don't know what it is either. I know I was in the top 50 of my class when I graduated. top 50 out of 304 not bad!(smile) I'm not as smart as you. Keep up with it it will take you above a lot of people. You Go!

Internet test are stupid. Your NOT a genius, sorry. If so, you would have spelled it right. Also, you wouldnt have used a butter knife to open a wine bottle. The expression is "Toot my own horn." 207 is really high. Most people are in the lower hundreds. Mentally handycapped people are around 80 and the smartest animals (dophins) are around 60. Sorry the truth hurts.

Go to a university and take an IQ test from the psychology department. I would love to see you get a score of 27 and once you do email me the results. I believe myself to be pretty intelligent, going to engineering school and all and I scored 142, do I will be waiting on the email. Thanks.
