it is good for you...it is very scientific and targets many of the key internal organs (like lever, pancreas, stomach etc.) through specific postures. Yoga also regularizes our breathing. It is a complete exercise regimen. The regular practice of yoga is beneficial both to body and mind.

Yoga is not overrated. It helps you physically and mentally. I love to practice yoga.
