Okay, i want to know what it the coolest haircut? My hair is about a few inches past my shoulder blades, and i am going to get it cut soon. What do you think is the best haircut? Feathered, layered, straight across? what?

And what is the cutest/hottest hairstyle that i can do with the coolest haircut?

And. . .PS: is it stupid to get your hair hightlighted blonde on the ends if you have dark blonde hair?

This is what happened to me. It seems odd, so I don't know what to make of it. I live in a small town where a lot of people leave things unlocked, but I know it cities cars do get stolen all the time. I went for a walk to see the sunset when no one else was on the street. On the way back I passed a newish Ford Tauris that had been parked for awhile and obviously belonged to a visitor. At the exact moment I passed I heard and saw the locks click shut, so I looked up and saw the strange blond woman standing on the porch with the remote thingy. I smiled at her but she just stared like some freak. I do not look remotely like a druggy or a criminal.

Am I just overreacting to some random behaviour? Would you think of it differently if you were black or white? I'm white-ish and I'm a quarter native, but I'm only sort of dark like an italian.

Does anyone know where I can find patterns or instructions to make a hand fan? I don't like the cheap wooden ones sold online or the ridiculously expensive ones so I decided to make them.
I'm willing to spend a lot of time if necessary.
I prefer to use directions for lacy handheld fans too.
