A nice big bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats works wonders when one of my kiddos is a bit stopped up. We try apple juice before prunes, too - it's not as strong as prunes, but can get things loosened up a bit.

Really any kind of fruit or veggie will make you go. And in case you want to know cheese is good for stopping you up. So if you are trying to go stay away from cheese and go light on all dairy products unless they have fruit or veggies in then too

Anything high fiber like other fruits: strawberries, peaches, grapes. Other foods like whole grains, many veggies: broccoli, corn, cauliflower, a good Chinese stir-fry with all the veggies they put in it really works too. Hope this helps.

Anything from McDonald's. Happens like 4 minutes after you eat it. Bananas do it for me too. Oh, and Vitamin Water.

Beans, Grapes, water does too suprisingly, green tea, chinese food, mexican food, thia food- anything 'out if the ordinary' from your 'original' diet will make you poo. Your digestive system is not use to it, so in one way or sense, it 'rejects' from your body.
