I want to open a consignment store that sells women’s and infant wear. This includes accessories suck as jewelry, belts, earrings, and for infants things – cribs, strollers and highchairs…ext. The town is family orientated and is booming. Many people like to be thrifty. I need Ideas (websites) and how one gets statred. Yes I know its a lot of work to start but I want to give it my all. I also only want to lease or rent a space.

What would cause an a.c. ,which has been used without problems for 3 years, to suddenly start leaking water inside the room?

We took our two dogs for a walk yesterday. We walked for about an hour on a dirt road in temps of about 85-90 degrees. Within an hour of getting home, we noticed that one of the dogs was licking his paws. Closer examination revealed that the pads of his paws were peeling off. He also seemed a little flushed even though he had had some water during the hike and after we got back as well.
Any ideas?

THE VERBAL CONTRACT WAS FOR 03-06. A CROP WAS PUT IN, IN 03, SINCE THEN THE LAND HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED.
