Anyone have any idears? There seemed to be lot of dust in the filter which I cleaned but aside from the dust I'm out of ideas.......

clean out the drain hose, it will be from the unit down to the floor, disconnect it from a/c and flush water through it, water may drain out when you disconnect it, so be ready. the water is the moisture that the a/c removes from the air

Well, for 3 years the condensate off the coils has grown algae inside the drain tube. This has plugged the drain. You need to clean it out. Sometimes you can do this by hooking up your wet vac to the outside drain line and sucking the drain clear. Add some bleach solution to your pan after to help kill any remaining growth.

Air conditioners leak.
They are usually set at an angle so that the water drips outside. Maybe it has shifted a bit. Try adjusting it so that it leans towards the outside.

Water must run off of the condenser. Is the unit tilting forward, towards the house more, or backwards, towards the outside more? You want it to sort of tilt back a little bit towards the outside.

I assume this is a window based unit...

Check the drain tube... It can get clogged... fall off... get worn and crack/leak.

It there alot of frost buildup on the inside? Maybe you need to defrost it simular to a freezer...
