www.airlineapps.com is a good place to go if you are looking for a job as a pilot. They charge for their service, but they really do make the application process easier.

What type of job are you looking for? If you are looking for a pilot job then there are several websites that can aid you in your quest. This is, of course, assuming that you are already fully qualified for the job with at least and ATP written as well as the required minimum number of flight experience. If you IM me I can further elaborate.

If you have the required number of hours, however, don't have the ATP yet then you can also look at allatps.com. They offer a three day course to get your ATP. The first day is the written, the second day consists of two training flights and the third day is the checkride. Again, of course, they assume that you already have the prequisites required for the ATP. They do, however, offer programs for those who don't have the prerequisites, for general flight training, getting lesser licenses leading up to the ATP, etc. There are also other companies around there that do this type of thing and it is fairly easy to find them on the internet.
