unless you have a history of your intuition being correct i would put it off as your imagination. The only way to know for sure is to ask him though.

it means you are most likely wishful thinking. He's an ex for a reason... either yours or his. If it is a really strong feeling call him and ask... but don't expect much otherwise you are likely to get your feelings hurt. good luck
