Our attorney's have filed a lawsuit and have named all of the defendants. It has been 2 years since the accident and I was wanting to know what the average lenght of time is from the time a class action lawsuit is filed until it is done. Just an average, I know each case varies in lenght.

We just bought this house a few months ago and it still has roaches and lots of spiders. My husband thinks that spraying bug spray will hurt the floor so we have only put out 'traps', which is not enough since we still have bugs. Any advice?

The diciples were told not to take any money.
Can you believe a person thats getting paid?
He'll tell you what you want to hear right?
I'd believe in one that has a job.
Do you know of one?

I live in Dubai, which is not in a democratic country. The leader of Dubai has created a city that is one of the fastest growing in the world, with almost zero crime, high levels of population contentment, extreme wealth, exceptional public services and an overall great place to live. Nothing would screw that up more than democracy.

There is hardly even a pro-democracy movement here, because everything works so well without it. The same could be said of other countries in the region. Iraq and Lebanon are the two democracies in the region, aside from Israel, and both are flowing with civillian blood on a daily basis.

So my question is: If Middle Eastern people don't want democracy, isn't that more democratic than forcing "freedom" down their throats?

A little over a month ago, I had a "breakdown" and cheated on my fiance. By "breakdown", I mean that I am in the early stages of treating a recently diagnosed bipolar disorder. I am still confused and prone to ups and downs quite frequently while me and my doctor are finding the right medication.

Me and my fiance broke up, and I have moved home (500 miles away). We have talked regularly, and I am still in counseling and going to the doctor regularly in order to deal/cope with my mental health issues.

We have decided to make another attempt at our relationship. I have been caring and very calm, attempting to show him that I am no longer trying to control things or force him to make decisions based on me.

I guess what I want to ask you all is... is this fair of me to ask of him? Do I have any right to ask him to try again with me? I don't want to hurt him ever again, and I don't think I will, but nothing in life is guaranteed.

Thanks in advance.

Both the inner and outer bearing are pressed in, the inner to the spindle/knuckle, and the outer to the hub. After my mechanic used a press to push together the hub, spindle, bearing assembly, and reconnected assembly to the car, he had a hard time putting the caliper back on. He did not yet perform the final torquing down of the bearing with the center nut before reinstalling the caliper. Since the rotor sits in front of the hub, was there too much distance between the hub and spindle, preventing an easy reinstall of the caliper? Could the rotor have been bent, causing the slight wobble? Do you need to torque the bearing assembly down first before reinstalling the caliper on this model?

I'm British and I certainly don't agree with American foreign policy but I'm sick of the generalisations on here, and yes many Americans did vote for Bush but many didn't and not all of them are crazy Christians (although there are quite a few).
Care to add to this?

Israeli airstrike hits building housing civilians in Lebanon
At least 54 killed, including 37 children, Red Cross says
Lebanese PM says all talks on hold, calls for cease-fire
Condoleezza Rice's planned visit to Lebanon canceled

-------------------------------------------------
TYRE, Lebanon (CNN) -- Israel said it mistakenly destroyed a four-story building near a Hezbollah rocket-launching site in Qana, Lebanon, on Sunday where the Red Cross said 54 people died, including 37 children.

A Red Cross official said the airstrikes hit a residential building that housed refugees, which Israel said was near Hezbollah rocket launching sites.

"The building itself was not targeted," Israeli government spokeswoman Miri Eisen told CNN. "The building itself was next to the rocket-launcher sites and we are targeting all of those rocket-launcher sites. This was a mistake and we will have a full investigation."
