Independence Hall: Take the Market-Frankford blue line Eastbound to 5th street.

Art Museum: No subway. Take either a purple Phlash bus (you can get one from Independence Hall) or take the Market Frankford to City Hall (15th street) and take the 38 bus.

Citizens Bank Park: Take the Market Frankford Eastbound to City Hall (15th street) and transfer to the orange line Southbound. Take it to the last stop, Pattison.

First off, there is no subway service to the Art Musuem. You have to take a Septa bus or a tourist bus. To reach Independence Hall, you take the Market Frankford line (blue line) eastbound to 5th & Market St. Station. The actual bell is at a new pavillion on Market street. The Ball park is south of Center city. You take the (blue line) to City hall station and wall downstairs to the Broad Street line (Orange Line). Take the southbound train to Patison Ave station. All trains will call the stops on the PA system. There is no charge to change trains at City hall. The Septa website and Phila vistor site will give you any more detail you may need.
