Cooling Sheets - are there such things?

I don't have airconditioning. In the winter, they have things like electric blankets. Are there such things as cooling blankets, and if so, where can I find one?

Best bet is to sleep naked on a bottom cotton sheet and point a fan on yourself when you sleep.

I've never heard of any such thing, but regular sheets seem more cooling IF they are 100 percent cotton.
