I have been a Radiohead fan for years, but I was wondering is Thom Yorke's independent effort "The Eraser" more in tune with "Hail to the Thief", "OK Computer" and "The Bends" or is it more like "Kid A"?

I'm an American living in Canada, I can't get over how much nastier politics has gotten in the US in last 6 or 7 years. Want proof? Ask a question on YA that is even remotely involved with politcs and sit back and watch the attack dogs from both sides pummel each other. Do people really think fighting like spoiled toddlers is going to win their side any points.... Calm and rational debate leading to comprise is what the governing system in the US was founded on. How did everday nobody's get so angry about issues that won't affect their day to day lives? I'm starting to believe that ignorance is better than biased half truths that people spew as knowledge today... please advise.

or this is a country without god. have you heard of seperation of church and state AND freedom of religion? if someone wants to go worship a tree they are free to do so. why do some people feel the need push their religion onto others? and most of the time they don't even know if they're chrisitan or not? and if you are truly trying to turn someone onto christianity do you think the best way to do it is to tell them they need someone man who thought he could talk to god and died because of it?

Hi everyone, my 2 1/2 year old is sounding horse. We have had the air on due to the 100 degree weather. Because he is the youngest and very sensitive, he cries more than than my 4 year old daughter. The horseness seems to escalate after crying. Does he sound sick? He has no temp and is running around fine. Thanks in advance!

I can understand how insurance companies deny coverage to those who are overweight, have type II diabetes, or any illness that is the result of poor lifestyle. But I know that companies deny coverage to those who suffer from anxiety and depression. Why? Depression isn't deadly; heck, diabetes is worse than depression!

I barely managed to get coverage for the next three years (specialized COBRA plan through my parents) but why do insurance companies deny coverage to those with depression? Mental illness isn't the result of poor lifestyle and sometimes it's genetic.

i was just noticing that the #1 reason people agree with abortion is that its the womans body..well thats true BUT does that give a man the right to go out and rape a girl?..after all its his body.of course not.and what about the men that wont the baby?.were is the justice for them?.for those of you that use the excuse that you couldn't deal with rape.i would find it easier to tell the child that i loved them no matter what happend to bring him in this world, then to have a later child find out or explain to them that i killed there sibling and have them ask why it wasnt them.and as for not being able to take care of them.there is nothing that God can't help no matter how hopeless it seems! i challange any one to stand there during an abortion and reasimble the body of a child that has been ripped apart or to hold an abortied baby thats been scalded to death with a saline solution while it struggles to take its last breath.its so sad that an unborn child has more since then some adults

I mean, the whole situation in the middle east is a perfect set-up for the end-times. If God might be wrapping up the world in this mess between nations, isn't that a cause for christians to rejoice? this world is about to end, and at the horizon is another World that God made. I'm not saying that this time is absolutely the end, but it could be.
