#1. The Jews WERE God's Chosen People for almost 1,300 to 1,400 years. However, this ended (as you stated) when they killed the Christ (Anointed One) that came for all mens sins. When he died, the Veil separating the "Most Holy" which was entered only ONCE per year by ONE man was torn apart by God to show that it no longer meant anything HOLY to God. It was just another room, now. He had departed it. Most likely taking the Ark of the Covenant with Him.
#2. Now, Christians are CALLED:
a. Spiritual Jews
b. Spiritual Israelites
c. they have a "circumscision of the heart"
So we see that Christians are NOW the NEW JEWS, they are to be the ONES HATED ON ACCOUNT OF GOD'S NAME. Not the Jews who are now out of favor. The New Testment EXPLAINS ALL THIS QUITE EXPLICITLY and in great detail.
"Christians" are now the "inheritors" of Abraham this way and are included in the "stars of the heavens" as his descendants.

Your history is way off. Jesus was killed about 1300 years the Jews had the bible. Killing Jesus was hardly a plan. Anyhow, the Romans were the ones who actually executed him. Where did you hear that anyhow and what would that have to do with the chosen people. Jesus, himself, is completely insignificant to Jewish life (well, he was a Jew though, I mean a significant person). Would Christianity not have then developed there would be absolutely no reason to even know his name! He was not important.

The thing that finally killed Him was the spear in His side... a very non-jewish soldier did that. The Jews CALLED for His death as Pilate washed his hands. And if you really want to get into the blame game... Judas killed Jesus! I don't remember if Judas was a Jew or not? But even if he was, what does one Jew have to do with all jews?

I agree with washoelisa: the Jews were the choosen people by God long before the birth of Jesus.
I believe it started when God led Abram (who called renamed Abraham) out into the wilderness, and told him how he would make him a great nation.

In the Bible, the Jewish people were the Chosen Ones long before Jesus was born. He himself was a Jew, so they killed one of their own because they didn't like what He was saying. He challenged their beliefs and they didn't like that.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, so I hope this answered that.

The Jews and the nation of Israel were once God's chosen people. But once they refused to accept Jesus as the Messiah and even called for his execution, they lost that right. Jesus told the chieft priests and older men of the Jews in Jerusalem at Matthew 21:43__"Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit." { NIV}
Jesus said this also at Matthew 23:37,38__"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate."
Jews must believe in Jesus and accept him as their Saviour. In this way, they become spiritual Jews. Gentiles now make up a large portion of God's chosen people.

The "chosen people" thing happened long before Jesus. And while we are at it, how about you going out and getting yourself "hooked on phonics"?
