Here are the ingredients of a Perdaplow - Flatbread wraps Rice, meat, carrots, onions, garlic, green beans, potatoes, spices, hardboiled eggs, and sliced blanched almonds. This is large enough for a gathering of many people. I want to try to make one with Cajun Jambalaya or Red Beans and Rice. Something similar at Taco Bell is the Cruchwrap Supreme with Spicy chicken and sauce, then a flat corn taco followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sour cream – grilled. My daughter's father passed away on Saturday. I don't know how to tell her because she doesn't understand death. She has never lost anything, not even a pet. Can anyone suggest how I might try and make her understand the best her 3 year old brain can what happened and why she won't see her dad anymore. She would only see him a few times a month due to his irresponsibility and other reasons but they would talk on the phone a lot. Now she is asking for him and I do not know what to tell her. He lived with his parents so do you think I let her go to see them or do you think that will be to confusing since he will no longer be there.

It was a factor 25, and water proofed. They played in the pool allday with regular top-ups of suncream on. And now they are a crispy red beetroots. Clearly boots own brand, doesnt do the job it is intended to do. I've put some after-sun cream and also sudo-cream on them anything else to sooth away and get the redness away?

Fort Worth ISD has enforced this new dress code that is really pissing me off and t shirts are no longer alowed. if you think this is total bull **** please answer. If you have any ideas of things i could do that would be helpfull also.
