I'm currently a teacher. I'm looking to go lateral entry into the financial services field. I'm absolutely passionate about financial systems, markets, securities, banking, investments etc. and am willing to commit my life to this profession.

There are very few entry level positions available for people like me however. Even though I know have a better work ethic, more ability, and passion for this field....I'm worried that companies will be looking for the typical college graduate.

I did find an entry level financial analyst position available near me. It indicated that they are hiring financial anlaysts in the product control function of their investment banking division.

Do you have any recommendations about pursuing this type of job?

Also, any advice on acquiring a job in equity or securities research? I'm looking for a step in the door....I can do the rest when I get in. Thanks in advance!

The LITERAL "son of God" has to have both of two Characteristics.

1. He must have come from God OR He must have receive his life from God.
2. He must be the same kind of being as God otherwise he is not the son.

But each attribute excludes the possibility of the other.
If he receives his life from God, then he is not the same kind of being as father because God does not receive His life from anyone, that's why He is God.
If he is the same kind of being as God, then he is NO ONE'S son, because God is not the son of any being.

We see now that the two requirements in this case are Mutually exclusive. In Short, It is IMPOSSIBLE that God can LITERALLY have a son.

My doctor told me it would hurt me to get an MRI since I have metal in my back, but another doctor said it wouldn't do anything to hurt me, but would prevent a clear picture.

I feel that not in the internet, when you are just begining to know each other, it should be in person. Unless you have a long long serious relationship you can reveal your past. But it should not be said when you have friendship relationship with a guy, but if your courting you should have the right, not to say anything, unless there is a posibility of marriage. And if you know the person well and you feel he will be confident about his trust you can tell him that way it gives a chance for him to know you better, before you tell him what happened in your past.

So, I've been a Yankees fan for all my life and nothing irritates me more than people saying "Yankees Suck"...Because guess what...THEY DONT SUCK......They have 26 championships and the only team that even comes close are the Cardinals with 9.... So, if they suck so bad why are they kicking everyones asses? That makes no sense to me at all.......And what's really stupid are the morons that say "Yankees buy the best players"..... Today is my birthday, but when I looked into the bathroom mirror this morning I didn't see the man I am but the boy I wish to be. I think aging is often about perception. On my daily run this afternoon, a young woman in a car called out to me for directions. She said, "Excuse me, sir, can you tell me how to get to Wadsworth?" I ran alongside her for a while and told her what she had to do to get where she wanted to go. As she sped away I thought, did she call me "sir" simply to be polite or because she perceived me to be so much older than she is. I'm a kid at heart and I think it's that attitude that keeps me young. I don't think I look my age but I sometimes wonder how old people, especially young people, think I am.
