Click on the "Appearance" tab of the window that opens and then on the "Advanced" button. I don't really know what a browser is, so I'm probably not helping you with changing the font of the entire computer, but I usually ...
1. Right click
2. Click on "Properties"
3. Click on the tab that says "Appearance"
4. Click on the "Advanced" button.
5. One by one, click on everything on the pulldown menu by "Item" and if it has a font option below, choose the font you want.
Maybe you already know how to do this and you're trying to do something else, but that's all I know how to do.
