Smoking as self punishment...what to do?

I smoke two or three cigarretes a day, and I've been able to stop for months sometimes, but then something triggers it again, usually, a beautiful woman, whose indifference towards me makes me feel insecure, and incapable of approaching, so I smoke as a way of punishment, I would appreciate you comments and suggestions

What programs can I download to read pdf files. Another question:some internet vidoes are not played on my pc?

when I try to open certain files in a website I get a message( unknown file type)or some files like pdf need certain programs to open, Moreover some videos do not play at all or have an extention not recognized by my windows media player.

Have you ever woken up in the middle of a really good dream, and been able to fall back asleep and pick up...?

where you'd left off? i can only do this rarely. Last night i was having a wonnnderful dream about Johnny Depp and woke up in the middle of it and was able to lay back down and catch it again. Just curious if anyone else was able to do this. :)

did you know the republicans voted againt increasing homeland security, but voted on an estate tax, prioritiy?

the republicans in congress voted against increasing homeland secuirty to check every cargo bag and funding for protecting chemical plants and other dangerous targets. instead they voted for the estate tax which only benefis the top 1%.
