The productivity could be improved by
(1) Reducing the unreliability and breakdown of equipment.
(2) Simplifying the process.
(3) Reducing the multiple variables not used often
(4) Focusing on to the core of what we want to achieve.
(5) Avoiding designs by committees
(6) Giving more responsibilities to grass roots while keeping them checked from straying away from their focus
(7) Planning and scheduling and keeping it flexible for unknowns
(8) Learning to maximize work in shortest period of time
(9) Keeping everything in good shape including equipment and people.
