Being a female myself I know this phrase. In simple terms this means that your genitals are quite large, just like a horse's. Other phrases like this are 'you are well endowed'.
If she hasn't see your penis then I have no idea what she is on about.

It could mean one of three things:
1. You really do have a large penis (the average is 5 to 7 inches when erect so I guess you should have 8 or more inches to qualify there)
2. You girlfriend has only been out with Asian men or has never seen another penis in her life and you are only normal sized.
3.Your girlfriend is just trying to impress you and in her heart believes that you are hung like a goldfish!
