supposedly it only happened once. he apologized, begged me not to leave and cried with me. he swore that he was trying to change, he started going to church every week and he makes sure that i always know where he is and that i can always get in touch with him. he does seem genuinely sorry while i am still struggling to understand why it happened. at the same time i just could not leave but i don't want to look stupid. am i?

I have several Buddleia davidii, that did not die back last winter. They are about 6 feet tall now, but look a bit uneven. Also, they are flowing like crazy, but there are a large amount of spent flower-cones, which detract from the beauty of the bush. Should I deadhead the bush, or just let nature take its course?

I loaned 2 friends(a married couple) money to make a down payment on a car. I have a letter stating the facts of the loan with payment requirements with both of their signatures on it. The case is pretty much cut and dry as far as that goes. I would win in small claims no questions about it. However, even though they both have steady jobs, they have no assets. The car that I loaned them the money for is being financed, they have no real estate, or no house. They are renters and basically have nothing of their own. I was told that before you consider suing, you have to make sure the defendant is able to pay you. I know there are other options like wage garnishment but I researched that and Florida does not allow you to garnish head of household's wages. I could garnish the other parties paycheck but they have to make a certain amount to be eligible for garnishment and I am not sure if they make the certain amount. Do you think it is worth it, or am I wasting my time?

We will soon be having children (2) and price is really not a deterrent, so long as the value of the features for the price are worth it.

I know there are different types of cameras on the market (HD vs CCD, or digital vs. tape), but what would y'all recommend for a camera that has an easy transfer (memory stick or tape?), is not bulky, will last for awhile (use for the next few years (5 or so)), have consistent features (zoom , quality video), have good light quality? Or what features should I be interested in?

As I have a great digital camera- having a still option within the video would not be an important option.

I MET MY GUY 23 YEARS AGO, WE FOOLED AOUND A COUPLE OF YEARS, HE WAS 36 AND I WAS 17. WE BEEN BACK TOGETHER 8 YEARS COME OCTOBER AND WE,RE TALKING ABOUT GETTING MARRIED, BY THE WAY I'M 40 AND HE'S 59. HE HAS A DAUGHTER THATS 27 AND SHE'S BEEN HERE 6 YEARS AND SHE HAVE A SON THATS 5. TWO YEARS AGO HE GAVE HIS SON A 1,000 DOLLARS TO CATCH UP WITH HIS MORTGAGE AND HE STILL LOST HIS HOUSE, SO HES BEEN HERE FOR TWO YEARS, HIS DAUGHTER JUST FINISH COLLEGE BUT SHE NEEDS TO PASS THE STATE TEST FOR NURSING, SHES FELLED IT TWICE. HIS SON WENT TO SCHOOL FOR A ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND JUST TOOK GENERAL STUDIES, HE DID'NT MAJORED IN NOTHING,
BUT WHILE HE WAS THERE HE WAS IN A PLAY AND THEN HE
WANTED TO BE AN ACTOR, HE HAS NO PROBLEM GETTING JOBS, BUT HE KEEPS QUITING THEM. HE WAS LIVING IN THE DINING ROOM, NOW THATS CLUTTERED WITH CLOTHS, IN BAGS, I MENTIONED HAMPERS HE BOUGHT ONE, HE GOT TEN BIG GARBAGE BAGS ON THE FLOOR IN CORNERS AND CLOTHS THROWN ON TOP OF THEM. HE HAS CLOTHS HANGING ON HANGERS .
