and explain how the NEW Testiment is the RIGHT Testiment ( I am referring to the fact that this is the KING JAMES version cause he ordered the older versions destroyed ) so how is this THE WORD did God misspeak in the previous versions and appoint him as editor ?

I want to buy a tortoise as my pet.But I don't know which kind is suitble to be a pet.I mean somthing about its size,health and food.
Is there a tortoise that won't grow up,and always keep itself clean?
Maybe it's unbelieveble,I just want to find a tortoise which only eat vegetables and rise,cos I think meat is expensive.

i get this lymph node behind my left ear, it changes size. like sometimes its 1 cm and othertimes its almost completely gone. its seems like when i mess with it it gets bigger. my skin itches around that area, not sure if its related. just now i was messing with it and trying to feel how big it was and then i looked in the mirror and it was like big (3/4 cm) and red. but this has happened before and prob by tomorrow morning it will be smaller and less noticable. this thing comes and goes over long periods of time. i get scared its cancer, but if it is okay whatever. has anyone experianced this? i dont have any other swollen nodes or symptoms except the itchy scalp, and i had a really bad impacted wisdom tooth about 2 months ago that caused all the nodes in my neck to swell up, but those have gone down now

This past week the Voting Rights Act was approved by the Senate for another 25 yrs. Sounds good until you look at the "big picture". Why is there a Voting "ACT"??

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

If we are equal, why does and ACT have to approved for minorities to continue to vote? Why isn't it a f*cking law?!

Are you Scientific? Logical? Objective? With an intellectual curiosity to know the Truth? Do you believe that claims for something as complicated as God must be proven? Are you happily accepting that God exists "somehow" without any proof whatsoever? Is the Bible only a story book? Can you devote your entire life to some belief by blind faith alone? Is your belief in this God almighty just a conditioning of your mind from young? What if you have been conditioned not to believe in this creator god and that the earth and the universe was, is and always will be albeit its form may change. Are you happy to wallow in the satisfaction of not having to grapple with reason and logic? Just accept what people say and swallow everything, hook line and sinker? Once upon a time Galileo almost got killed for (ppro)claiming the earth was round. Science proved him right and Science will prove the fallacy of religion eventually. You are not right if you don't understand. Seek the Truth.

Seems to me that most of our problems have to do with overuse of resources. Everyone is talking green this, green that. Now we have a new water crisis (in England?!?). Every event gets busier and busier year on year. Traffic gets busier year on year. There is a clear sense the world is overflowing with people. Remember too that population rise is exponential. The more it grows, the FASTER it grows. Now governments have an agenda. More children=More homes..more cars...more Macdonalds. Keeps the economy moving see! Economically more people equals a thriving economy. But here's the thing. Why is there this enormous blind spot/taboo around the fact that central to our problem is over-population? Surely anyone can see that more people = more resources used= more pollution, more cars etc. I'm not suggesting people should stop having children, but I am suggesting that there be more awareness so that people are aware that having eight kids is not helping! Just seems no one ever discusses!?
