If I'm not wrong, all Nokia phones have the same way of locking the keypad:
Press Menu and press the * button immediately after that.
To unlock, do the same thing.
But if you're using a flip-phone (aka clamshell phone), I don't think you need to lock your keypad

you did not give the model number of your nokia mobile but any way ,this is the most common way of locking a nokia cell phone,all you need to do is to press the "-" button on the center or to the extreme left ,whichever is available and then press star,thesame cn be done to open the lock,next time if it does not work, give the model number
