Most of the Israeli leaders have no real plan for lasting peace. Peace to the Israeli leaders means the end of Israel. Israel is living on aids from the USA. Israeli lobby in the USA is more hard liner than the Israeli leaders on most positions. The Israel Lobby gets for Israel
4 billions $ each year from American taxpayers . how can Israel live without that lobby its true poor Jews and poor Arabs are getting killed everyday so can some lobbyist make his living in the USA and look most of that money go to war business. So Israeli leaders made the Jewish state a war zone forever.

First. Don't use acronyms that most people don't know. It would help if you defined "NPT" It's your question, it's not up to us to figure it out.
Let's assume that they HAVE the BOMB.
They haven't used it. Why? Because they ARE looking for peace.
However, the only reason that Syria and Iran haven't been more overtly hostile these last few weeks is that they are frightened that Israel has the bomb and will use it on them.
Personally, I'd first use it on a town in "S A" that begins with the letter "M". Then I'd say, "OOOOOPS, I guess 'A' doesn't live there anymore."
How do you like those initials?

it's not about a few kidnapped soldiers, this goes back hundreds, even thousands of years to biblical times. The tit for tat trouble is nothing new. Everyone seems to have forgotten that just a week before the first soldier was kidnapped that an israeli helipcopter blew up a woman and child on the beach in gaza. I try not to take sides because they hate each other and both have done atrocious things to each other. I don't think it will end until one is wiped out.

Well one thing for sure, the US taxpayer money goes into Israel! Sigh, we all should just stop paying tax when our money is diverted to another country!
The US still have problems on it own soil and that money can do better in US soil than in Isreal!
