I masterbate almost 1 a day and sometimes as much as 3 times a day. Does this affect my staying power when I am making Love or does it help me to be better?

If you haven't worn the skin off of it it's fine and it doesn't make you any better or worse at making love......it can however lead to a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome on your "jerking" hand.

nah i don't think that it's too much. i know of someone that jacks off twice a day everyday. to me that seems pretty normal. i doubt it would affect your staying power when making love. in fact it should help you last a lot longer since you got rid of the semen/sperm before you even have sex. it should take you longer to c u m if you jacked off before that (especially a lot too). also, since you wouldn't c u m as much then there's a smaller chance you'll get the girl pregnant so isnt that a good thing unless you're trying to have a kid? jacking off is also cool for guys too so they won't be as horny and do something they'll regret later on in life haha. so don't worry! i believe that you're normal and keep doing what you've been doing! i support and believe in you!

I think it effects In a bad way coz when you r masturbating you are trying to come quickly so u feel the pleasure and you know when u get married and have sex you want your wife to enjoy too and if u want to come fast then ur wife will suffer don't u think
