I'm the perfect size for my height and body type. I'm smaller then most of my friends and don't really have MUCH to complain about. I've been working out simply trying to tone different parts of my body. If I have a "skinny" day I don't work out and eat bad and then feel awful the next day and feel that working out is never going to work. It feels like different times of the month cause this reaction. I really do want to change the way look but I can't because I keep doing this. Why am I doing this cycle? How do I stop it?

My family and I are trying to decide between - The Cayman Islands, Aruba, Bermuda, St Lucia or Curacao and are leaning towards Curacao as it's kind of unusual and looks really pretty... I have a lab who like all labs and puppys chews on everything. I do have a cotton filled "mat" for his kennel, but he chewed on it. He has things to do in his kennel so its not lack of toys. Its almost like he only wants the cotton filling inside not the sheep-like stuff on the outside. Would the cedar maybe help deture him?

Arent we suppose to have freedom of speech? If so y don I always get in trouble in school for what I say!! I mean we should be able to voice our opinion yet the teachers make us keep our mouth shut!! Is that how they want America's future to be? Quite and not tellin people what they think? I dont know about the rest of America but that wouldn't be a very good America!! there was a big black snake in the road when i was driving home this morning and whenever i se animals in the road like that i pull over to try to get them out of harm's way. i pulled over and a giant denali came barrelling down the road and intentionally ran over this defenseless animal right before my eyes! that is not even the worse part, i went up to it and with it's intestines splattered across the road it's head moved toward me and it's tongue came out; it was still alive. i almost cried the rest of the way home. why are some people so cruel??

Thank you for your answers in advance.
The employees have health ins. deducted from there gross
wages (before taxes are applied). When filing the 1020 Qrtrly
report it is showing my gross wages (less the health ins) instead
of showing the actual gross wages. My questions is when using
a 125 cafeteria plan, what taxes (ie: Medicare / S.S / UIA state &
federal) are not calculated?

I have thick hair that is relaxed but i want to go curly without cutting it off and going natural...so do i need to get a "curly perm"??? How can i acheive the look i want? (which is kind of the "naturally crimpy/curly look") But i'm afraid that the perm might give me the all too '80s moist jerry curl look..lol

After the 1970's oil problems in the USA and world. Brazil started producing Ethanol using sugar cain and beets. Now Brazil is self
sufficent with ethanol and there cars can burn gasoline or Ethanol.
The USA gasoline has 10% ethanol I am an American and proud of it ,but I find it hard to beleave our great country depends on the middleeast for oil when Brazil depends on themselves. We have more corn than we need. Our goverment spends billions of dollars on other countries.Its time we take care of ourselves.Let the rest of the world fin for themselves.
