Evolution seems to have built us to be contrained from looking directly into the nature of our own cognition.
Can you use these mental abilities to reveal the nature those very abilities are built to hide?

the answer to your question differs very largely on the context of it. your question does not supply the context of the word "evolution". but it could be an interesting question on almost all possible levels for it.

Evolution in humans does not exist. Humans didnt evolve from nothing and we wont evolve into anything. And the sooner some people realize this the sooner we can move onto much more serious issues of live.

the real question to be posed is.......Are you?.....but in light of the question i will tell you that yes i am constrained by evolution but not my evolution.....instead it is the evolution of others that contrains.........

You are assuming that as a species we have completed our evolution. This is not a logical conclusion. Rethink your position.
