I am currently an Accounting student but looking into changing my major to Business Management. The Accounting field scares me because I feel that eventually computers and technology will be taking over Accounting jobs. I love the accounting classes I have taken and a majority of them are classes needed for the Business Management degree so I wouldn't be behind of credits, I just don't know which one is best in terms of the future of them both and salary and the jobs available. Could someone explain to me what the difference in them would be in terms of the future, job availability, and salary? It would be greatly appreciated!

i know people who call the time and temperature number religiously... consult the thermometer regularly... stay glued to the weather channel exclusively... when it's very hot or very cold out.

why do you think people do that? does knowing the actual outside temperature give us some sense of control over the weather? does it make it harder or easier to bear if we know the difference between 103 and 104? are you a temperature junkie during extreme conditions?

i dont think so, today i found a piece of match, and it makes fire, i threw it down to the floor of my room, it faded after burning tis own self, i burned abother and i threw it near the wall but it burned it own self, then i tried holding it till it burned my finger, i liked the sensation of it prickling my finger, it made me smile, simple things such as this makes people smile isnt it weird?

2 weeks ago I was dialated 1 cm, lost my mucus plug late last night. Contractions have been pretty regular, but not every contraction is as painful as others. My water hasn't broken. Labor or false labor? I'll be calling my doctor when they open... just wanted opinions to pass time. thanks.

i didn't get an answer to my question and im desperate so im posting it again.

i am half american, half belgian. i live in america with my mom. when i am in the states, i am desperate to go to belgium. i go there during the vacations. a few weeks after i get in belgium, i get really homesick and can't wait to be back in america. right now i am here in belgium and i was just looking at pictures of my mom. i love my dad too but i am so sad not to be in the states right now. i don't understand why because when i trhink about it, i prefer belgium as a country. i am on the border of tears can anyone help?

Ok, so you're in a long corridor, filled with choking black smoke, the building is on fire. You hear a group of people yelling for help down one end of the hall. You narrow your eyes and peer down only to see 10 people trapped in a lift thats barely opened, not enough for them to escape. Just as you are about to help them you hear another cry down the other far end of the corridor. One that sends a chill down your spine. You recognise that voice and as you turn around, your fears have been realised. Its your nearest and dearest loved one. Also trapped, encircled in a firey blaze with no way of escape by themself. Time is short. You can only choose one path, which is it? The ten strangers. Or the one you love.

Bare in mind so as not to alter choices the 10 strangers are not children or elderly. They are all middle aged.

So what is your morally hard decision?
