today is 7/19 and so far i havnt slept in two days..i dont feel any sleepiness or anything, i go out and excersize and stuff but it still doesnt work but if i continue doing so it will be unhealthy

what should i do??

Among the Roman Catholic Church's most highly venerated relics have been pieces of the "true Cross". So many of these were scattered throughout Europe and other parts of the world that Calvin once said that if all pieces were gathered together, they would form a good ship-load; yet the Cross of Christ was carried by one individual! Are we to believe that these pieces miraculously multiplied as when Jesus blessed the loaves and fishes? Such was apparently the belief of St. Paulinus who spoke of "the reintegration of the Cross", i.e. that it "never grew smaller in size, no matter how many pieces were detached from it"! It appears to all outside observers that the predominatly democratic nation has geared itself up to being anti-democratic. There is no choice except two right wing parties. Big business has more political sway than human rights campaigners and the poor seem to become ever poorer. Will the situation ever change so that the level of poverty that America seems to wallow in will be serverly reduced. Or will a corporate republic take over, where the land is divided up between large multinationals?

I live in a terraced house, and I have to put up with one side banging and hammering until sometimes gone 10.30pm which I think is too late, and on the other side are constanting screaming matches.

There are also some awful people up the road up sit oiut the front and have their music blasting that loud that I can hear it with all my windows and doors shut, so god knows what it must be like for their neighbours.

There are people constantly screaming and shouting and swearing, and I think that although people shouldnt have to be quiet, they should think about other people living in the houses nearby and not make so much noise. I dont have my music on loud, not do I shout and scream out the back or make a ton of noise.... maybe I shouldnt care like everyone else and just make as much noise as I want. Am I being too stuck up for thinking this?

There is a big gap between my parents and me, simply because they like my sister and brother more. Now you can say that I'm being silly, but believe me, even my boyfriend can see it. My sister's ex, when he was around my dad would suddenyl take an interest in sport and beer and blah blah. When my boyfriend is around he doesn't bother, even though my boyfriend is deeply into sport. My mum always talked to my sister about things, but with me, she never does. Even now when my sister is living in Canada, my mum speaks to her more than she does with me and I live in the same house.

Nevertheless, my question to you is, do any of you dislike your family, especially parents? Because it hurts to think that I'm the black sheep and they don't try with me. Have any of you fell out with your parents and disallowed them from seeing your children.... because I can see this going in that same direction.

in my "other car" the CD player won't play it. It will play original CD's, but not the ones I burn myself.

Can you explain this to me? Is it the CD player? I mean are there CD players that simply won't play CD's that you burn yourself?
