frankly speakin i broke up..i really loved her..but one fine day she jus send me a mail and said she wanted it to end but she loves me ...i kno its stupid and confusing.But i had no choice. so basically am askin what to do

find something to do that really interest you.. time will heal your wounds...you may have to make yourself at first but get out and be with other friends.. and be around other girls too..and if she really loves you she will write you or get ahold of you...be strong and just go on with your life...i was married to my first husband 23 years.. wasted years.. but i am over that and doing much better.. he was a abusive man and a lot of bad things happened because i thought it was best to stay there for the kids.. a person can get over things.. least the pain lessens...

She is not being sincere, she hid things from you, thats why she made a unilateral decision, without consulting you.
And that is why, you are hurting more than she is...her love was fake.
The best thing u can do is go thru a healing process. It hurts yes, but cry, it will take approximately 7 months to heal. In this time, dont talk to her, delete her number and get a good friend to prop ur emotions up. someone to answer those small niggling questions about what do i do now? its more like quitting smoking, there will be times u will feel the urge to return to gaff, but dont.
After u are done, hook up with another gal, do ur homework before comitting to the new catch. Ask her about her values, etc etc....(Oh and make sure she is really really pretty). If u feel u can trust her with your heart, open up.
Then one day, just plan to meet with your ex, together with ur new galfriend. and introduce ur new galfriend to ur ex. I did it personally. If u can do the introductions, it means u have gotten over her. If u can meet her at a corridor and 'just say hallo' or say nothing at all. u are over the curve, again compare it to quitting cigarettes. If u can see a cigar and do NOTHING about it, u have quit smoking.
so there u go. ready, steady, go!

well you have to make sure she understands that you are not some outfit she can just put in the back of her closet , than pull you back out again(since she says she loves you still)...sounds like she is playing games with you wants to keep you on the backburner...don;t let her..woman, or should i say ( little girls) , like her give the rest of us a bad name...I d say move on and date her best friend!
