This strange question stems from an urban myth that I heard, but I'm interested to find out if there is actually any truth behind it. My understanding of how Viagra and similar drugs work is to simply enhance/heighten arousal, but can they replace it altogether e.g. a man absolutely does not want to sleep with a woman, he may even be in a situation which causes him to fear for his life. Could he end up having an erection completely against his own will due to a drug which effectively tells his body to do the opposite of what his brain wants it to do?
