Here's some exercises and good food choices for you. For the best results these must go hand in hand. All of this is from a diet I made up for myself. It started working instantly and I didn't have to starve myself or kill my muscles while exercising. No fad dieting.=)
Do not make a high goal, first of all. It's a health risk to lose more than 3 pounds a week and can decrease your confidence. Besides, that much in a week would probably be water weight, which comes right back.
Try taking a walk for 30 minutes a day, adding 10 minutes each week. Once you get up to an hour long walk, start biking or jogging for 20 minutes a day, adding on minutes once again. By the time you are biking or jogging for an hour a day, just keep at it and you'll keep losing.
If your weight doesn't move, don't sweat it. It's because you are gaining muscle mass and losing fat at the same time. Did you know muscle weighs DOUBLE that of fat while taking up the same amount of space? It does! If you feel really bad about your weight not changing though, do some mesurments. They will probably be lower numbers.
Remember to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST. Eating Breakfast will reduce your hunger and increase your energy throughout the day. You should have a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Or you can have multiple small meals throughout the day. Avoid snacking at night (after 9 PM), and when you really want junk food, eat a half serving and substitute the other half with a fruit or veggie. Make sure you drink water too, it's helpful in losing weight faster. Be sure to lay off soda...it's high in cals.
------------------------------
The types of things to watch out for:
-High-sodium foods; they make you retain water. If you are outside sweating tons, it is great for you, but if you are indoors in the AC, don't go nuts eating it. It does make you gain weight when you retain too much water, it also makes you chubbier.
-High saturated fat and trans-fat foods; too much of this stuff can put you at risk for heart disease and make your BAD cholesterol shoot up significantly.
------------------------------
The types of things to go ahead and gobble:
-Foods with monounsaturated fats; These lower total cholesterol and bad cholesterol while raising the good cholesterol.=)
-Foods with polyunsaturated fats: These do the same thing, though they will not raise good cholesterol.
-Fiber; this is a natural laxitive and is good for weight loss. It doesn't make you puke, though. It just helps out your metobolism/digestion.;)

That's how I lost 85 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle in 6.5 months. I started at 5"3 and 192 pounds, and I'm now 5"6 and 127 pounds (I'm 14 and still growing). It's been really easy to mantain, too!
Best of luck!

Exercise (bicycle, jog, run, power walk, sports, aerobic exercises work the best for weight loss) and don't eat junk food, and crap. DO NOT THROW UP YOUR FOOD. Worst idea, because if you ever go to the dentist, your dentist will know and will probably tell your parents about it. But eat healthy foods, do high intensity workouts (don't be afraid to break a sweat) and whatever you do...don't eat 2 big macs from McDonalds, it defeats the whole purpose of trying to lose weight. Basically, fast food is ok, sometimes, but not on a regular basis. So not everyday. If you deicide to eat salad, watch out, because certain dressings have ALOT of fat and are very unhealthy. Don't be afraid of calories, calories are good for you, just watch out for fats and stuff. I have this thing in my health book about how many calories you should get. Here it is:
1.)Calculating BMR Calories
Females:
body weight(pounds)x10=BMR* calories
Males:
body weight(pounds)x11=BMR calories
2.)Calculating Activity Levels
Inactive multiply by 0.30
average activity multiply by 0.50
very active (some strenuous activity) multiply by 0.75
3. Calcaulating Colories Needed to Digest Food
(BMR Calories + Activity Calories)(0.1)+Digestion Calories
4.) Total Calories Needed= Step 1+2+#
EXAMPLE
Marianne weighs 130lb. Her activity level is average. Marianne needs 2145 calories to maintain her weight.
130x10=1300 BMR Calories
0.50 x 1300=650 Activity Calories
1950 x 0.1= 195 digestive calories
2145 total calories
---------
BMR= basal metabolic rate
I hope that made sense, and I hope I helped just a little bit. I reccomend getting a book about physical health and diet. I can't tell you everything about what's in this book, because there's too much.So if you need more info, check out a health book.

Eat all you want with this. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Ive lost about 12 pounds in the last 6 weeks and I eat as much or more than I used to. I take what I usually eat for lunch and break it into 3 small meals. That gives me 5 meals in a day and it has sped up my metabolism.

Instead of eating 3 BIG meals, eat about 5 little, healthy meals. MY momo does that and she has lost about a pound a day. Exercise A LOT too. The more U sweat, the more weight U lose.

Buy Dr. Fuhrman's book "Eat to live". there is a vegan diet there.
You can easily and more imporant "healthfully" loose 9 kg. after 6 weeks. And eat more then the amount u eat now..
+ your metabolism does not "speed up" (like in attkins diet which is a kind of diet that causes cancer in long time period,, and the faster ur metabolism is the shorter u live )+ ur immune system gets stronger+u get protection against many cancer kinds.
He also gives information about the other diets, most of which are unhealty...

Keep this kind of meal between 400 and 600 calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just find yourself eating a normal-size portion.
