I want to be able to control my temper in a safe manner without wanting to fight.I was raised fighting and I want to break the family ways because I'm teaching my 2 kids the wrong way of handling things.

Hello out there,
I feel that i live on borrowed time. Every day that passes i know that it is so and that is should have been dead long ago. If it were not for the money and connections of the most unlikely person to help me, i would never have known my illness and as my doctors now tell me i would have been dead if i hadn't done anything back then. The person who helped me never asked for the money that literally saved me. She is very kind, but nevertheless i feel that i owe her. this is not my problem though. My problem is that everything deteriorates inside me. My thyroid cannot be handled any better that the doctors can manage, i have amenorhoea and the breast cancer that almost got me might just catch up with me.
Tell me, if nature did not see me fit enough, berhaps i should have died and not live on like this. Whats eating me is that if that person was not there that day then i would have died! I live just because of a coincidence and it feels like i have borrowed this time..

My twin girls are almost two and are definitely a couple of angels with a devilish side. When they get mad ( and it could be over anything) or if they're just in the mood to do it, the slap me, each other, and my fiancee in the face. Bite, throw things, (over and over a again.) One has a temper so bad that I'll stop her from doing something she isn't supposed to and she'll turn around and hit ,slap her sister up and push her to the ground. When I keep her from doing that, she'll start in on me something terrible, trying everthing in her power to hurt me. She anger in her face that scares me. She grabs around my leg and bites several times. Hits, and throws things from tables and toy chests at me If I'm on her level, she'll grab fistfulls of my face and tear away while I'm getting her sis out of the way. The only thing I've found slightly successful is time outs. Beyond that, I don't what to do to curb this sort of behavior. It makes me feels as though I'm doing something wrong..

My eureka bagless is only a year old. It sounds like anything electronic .....but at max speed times 10. it is so loud i cant stand to even turn it on. I just changed the belt thinking that would fix it. Nope. So could something be lodged in the motor to make it not operate like it should? like something is spinning at max power, but the rest of the machine is sitting still.
