My daughters 2nd b-day came at the same time as my . I bought way to big of a cake & ate almost the whole thing. I know I am a fat pig. I'm 30#s over weight to start with & have been trying to diet. I've been an emotional eater ever since I quit smoking over a year ago, I am so disguested w/myself. What should I do??

I'm 16/5'8/160lbs
BMR:1815.1

Is it realistic to be at 150-145lb range by mid September?

I also want to tone by stomach area at a GRADUAL pace.(2-2 1/2 months?).

I would not consider myself "fat" but borderline chubby/chubby.I defintely could lose some fat in my stomach area though.

Activities I'm doing currently:
Riding my bike around my street.
Walking around my street
Occasionally jogging on my street
Swimming(mostly freestyle laps around the pool)
150 crunches 3 times a day(morning,afternoon,night)

Just thought I'd put a question mark on the end of that famous line. Personally I think religion was something created by humanity at a time when humans didn't have the means to figure out why the world worked as it did (science, technology etc). I also think that people stick to religion as a means of feeling safe; they delude themselves into believing an illusion—an illusion that there is order in the universe, and that salvation is possible. The number of atheists in the world is growing...maybe one day religion will be looked upon as a barbaric, primitive custom as humanity grows more advanced.

So we are bothe doing the same summer show and he finds out a like a guy (not in show) so he calls him a "dud" and says "there are other guys". He tells me he talked to him when he didn't. He's flirty and sexy with tight hugs and lying close to me on break. He asks me "who is better looking, me or the guy you like?".

Then he starts to ignore wme. I'm "mysterious " to begin with and I never gush over him like the other girls do. I do have a loud mouth so he can't NOt be hearing me call his name or saying him. He starts to flirt more with other girls to see if I'm watching. And tonight? He'd come over to whoever I was with (girls) and flirt with them, ignoring me. I can't flirt with a guy that goes deaf when I talk. So what the hell is up?
