The best advice that I can give you is that the best way to cure your fears is to face them. If you really want to go on the fun rides that are high, go for it.You might be scared the first couple times but you will like the rush that you get and that will make you want it ever more and it will also make the scary feeling go away.Hope this helped

Go on the show Fear Factor and maybe being on tv will help boost your confidence.
Have you tried Hypnosis. Maybe just some tapes not real sessions.

me and my brother used to climb alot of trees...maybe thats why heights dont bother me...doing anything physical that causes you to use ur skills of balance and strength will probably make you more confident in those situations.

just realize that it is not a fear of heights... it's a fear of drops, once you realize that, as long as you are not dropping you should be fine

if you are afraid of height go somewhere that is high up. or go like bugee jumping orsky diving.
