The only exceptions I can think of is teaching theology, maybe history. My question is a criticism of the lack of scientific judgment indicated by accepting the creationist position. It goes to qualifications for a job, similar to asking if someone who accepts Vitalism should be teaching biology. I am not attacking faith, only asking if it should have certain consequences.

There is this guy I know who is about 10 years older than me (I'm 29). He is trying to get his life together and not party and drink etc. as much as he used to. For the past 2 weeks he has been doing a great job and doing more positive things for himself. He says that he always wants me in his life and how I am a big help for him to continue to go on the right track which he has been doing. I am very happy for him but I feel like he is making me feel like I HAVE to be in his life to help him do right or else he might go back and do the things he used to. Am I wrong for feeling like I don't want to be responsible for this grown man's behavior.

So here it is, I am a 22 year old women, I am bisexual, and I have a serious girlfriend. I met her while I was with my ex boyfriend (with whom I have a child with), so it is not like she didnt know I liked guys. So anyways, it started out a mess and I basically told her in the beginning that she had to deal with it, and that if I wanted to **** guys I would, and she was "alrightr" with it so I thought. Well thankfully I never did, because I cant just go out and have sex with some random guy I have to have an attraction and at least know them a little bit...so anyways now all of a suddent she isnt ok with it...and I am not sure who is right...since she knew how I was and that was the deal how can she expect me to not want to sleep with guys...I happen to love sex, it has been about 8 months since I have last had it and I REALLY miss it...I guess it just is worse when she told me I cant....I need an opinion.....

My parents have caused me much grief and misery. I don't want to have anything else to do with them and I don't want them to be able to see my kids either....due to the way I was raised....I feel it would be emotionally (not to mention physically) abusive for them to have any contact. There are grandparent rights in North Carolina and I'm curious how to terminate them 100%. Any ideas how to do this???

Ive been seeing a guy for around 5 months,im 4 years older he is 31,we both came out of long term relationships with kids a year ago,so at first it was just seeing each other for fun,no commitments,one minute he said he had feelings for me to make it official,then another time he called it a day cos he said it was geting complicated,then he offered friendship or sex to chose from,i chosed to carry on seeing him wotever as i had feelings for him,now he says i chosed the sex ,i never just wanted to see him,told him i had feelings for him,he knew this and he still saw me knowing this ,now he says he was in it for the sex and is trying to get back with his ex,told him didnt like the way he has treated me ,he cant make his mind up and i still like him and am hurt,he asked where do we go from here ,i said i dont know,now at his local there is a party and he said to come down with my mate but warned me that his ex will be the there as well. told him his ex will hurt him again if he goes back

I recently bought a clownfish for my 55g sw. I've had my tank up for about 3 weeks now and had one fish already in there (striped damsel) petco recommended this method. Since adding the clownfish (Nemo) all he does is stay at the bottom corner of the tank ALL day. At times I catch him resting on the bottom and leaning on the glass. I know that clowns and damsels are compatable but is my Nemo sick, or scared or stressed. I don't want him to die. And yes my ph, Nh3 and Ni are all fine. I just want him to swim around and be happy.
My other question is my sand is turning brownish. I think I may have brown algae. Is that the same as brown diatoms? What is the best and quickest way possible to remove this? 10 points for best ans. Please help

I just went to a dermatologist for acne treatment. I said I was interested in Accutane because it's the only thing that might "almost cure" acne by shrinking the oil glands. I knew that Retin-A and other toipical gels/creams may cause serious irritation, or they just might not work. Even if they do work and cause no irritation, I don't want the hassle and financial burden of having to use it every day for years.

Aware of the risks associated with Accutane, I wasn't surprised when she suggested that I try oral antibiotics and Retin-A first. I voiced my concern about antibiotic resistance, but she said it would only be 2 months before I next see her. She said some people even took antibiotics for years. Not having enough information at hand, I agreed to her prescriptions: Retin-A & antibiotics.

Now I'm at home reading and discovered that antibiotic resistance can develop after 2 months and may cause yeast infections. I hate doing this to myself. Should I call her and refuse the pills?
