Just have to accept the fact that girls know EVERYTHING!!! The sooner you do that, the easier your life will be.
But perhaps, a better answer is, a girl that's really into you will listen and watch carefully to what you say and do and will be in tune with your likes and dislikes. She may not get it right all the time and you still have to communicate, but you might be amazed from time to time by her surprises. Just enjoy it...don't ask too many questions.
