My sister 'borrowed' $2500.00 from me (money I saved for my first home purchase), never paid it back. She promised to pay with her tax refund, but bought a whole new wardrobe instead. She keep deferring payment, then yelled at me after 4 months, called me cheap and stopped speaking to me. The money has never been repaired in over 12 months.

my friend she is 8 and her brother is 13(my age)and tryes to finger **** her and his done it alot and i try to make him stop doing it to her i try telling her parents but they dont listen and now his been trying to make me kiss him and his tryes to **** me sometimes and i really dont want to go over their house any more because of it.but if i dont go i know his gonna try to do something to her during the day(he sleeps over at his brothers house during the night) and when i cant be over at their house i bring her with me so he wont touch her but he always gets his way so his parents let him come over my house and my parents let him be over our house and i also try telling my parents but they dont bealive eather.i tell his brothers and telling them something is like talking to wall paper because they wont listen eather.

what should i do?

It started off with 1 lump a few months ago and a week after that 2 more smaller lumps appeared. They were sore at first but now they dont really bother me. The Current qualified aircraft mechanics ages are from 40 to 60 years old . there are few schools that are open too train new recruits . Being a aircraft mechanic in the airlines is very unappelaing , because the pay is low and the hours are bad . Most of us work weekends , holidays , and paid the same wages that were paid in the early 80s . A car mechanic makes 3 times more than a aircraft mechanic in the airlines and dosnt have to work weekends or holidays , At One time a few years back , there were over 1500 schools to train new recruits , Now there are only a hundred . In ten years or less all of us that are 45 to 60 will retire , and with no new prospects in the pipeline there will be a crises and a shortage of qualified mechanics . Very Few in the public relize what extent of a burden that a aircraft mechanic has when it comes to performing there job , a costly mistake can kill over 100 people with one serious crash . " I recently refinanced my home (I plan on staying in it for a very long time). I went from a 8.5% 30 yr. to a 4.5% 15 yr. I took some cash out for much needed home repairs. The only thing is I had a big closing cost. I do think I got a great deal. I only want someone else to tell me I did. I live in San Diego where property is a precious commadity. It is also a fixed rate.
