Unfortunately there is no miracle answer to this question. You can not pick and choose what areas stay small and what areas get big. Your body doesn't work that way. You need an overall healthy diet and regular daily exercise. Include some additional abdominal exercises in your workout to keep your core (tummy) toned.
*Soda has no nutritional value at all. it is only empty calories. Your body dose not benifit from it. Also diet soda may have less calories but it keeps your body craving sweets. In my opinion stop drinking soda, your body needs more water anyway*

stop fatty foods,takeouts and eat healthy salads fruits and drink lots of water avoid coke.

forget carbonated drinks, too much sugar anyways. I stopped eating broccoli and califlower because those bad boys always bloated me and made me gassy, never good.
then only eat what you need, never stuff yourself, chew your food completely.
