no... the "air" in the train travel at the train's speed. So the mosquito just fly the same speed as it would have done outside.

Exemple: when you walk in the train... does that mean that you walk faster that the train? no... you walk 1.3 miles/hr IN the train.

The mosquito inside the car/train is being transported at what ever speed the vehicle is moving. Since it is in a closed space the air is also traveling at that speed. If you open the window, the air and the mosquito will rush out in an attempt to slow down to the speed of the surrounding air. So the answer is no. The mosquito cannot travel faster than the air transporting it.

i am sure you can't find a mosquito flying when you are in fast moving train . it can move only if it is in contact with the train.
others did mention about the air inside moving with the train .well thats not quite true because the interaction between the air molecules are very less which is not enough to push each other to move alone with the train. this is why when you move in super fast vehicle you face is pushed back this is because of the inetia of rest of the air they don't move with vehicle.

The air inside the car is pushing the mosquito forward. When you are inside the bus and you jump forward, you jump normally. Does it mean that you can jump more than that? No. Its because the ground pushes you forward.
