I'm in my mid thirty and it's hard to find a good man to marry. As a christian its my believe to wait to you get married. It's Hard because I feel some men can spot me out and know. They hang around me like flies on dodo they just wanting to be my first. They think they're telling me what I want to here. I just want to find somebody who nice ,not a dog or bi- sexual, no diease, drug free and have a job. Can anybody relate to me?

As a Christian I think so. If someone had a different religion then me I'd be afriad of them turning my eyes from Christ. If I really loved them I'd want to convert them but BEFORE we started dating. I want someone who can help me with my walk with Christ.

My ex-girlfriend had her last menstruation about 3 weeks ago, the last time we had sex was about 2 weeks ago and I didn't came inside of her at all, we broke up the next day and she recently called me and told me that she is pregnant. Is that possible? I mean how can she actually know if she is pregnant within 2 weeks??? Her period is not due for about another week...I've heard that she needs to wait for her period to come and if it doesn't then maybe she is pregnant. I don't know if she is just making it up so I get back with her..I don't think its possible for her to know if she pregnant within 2 weeks of doing it...PLEASE HELP...she has been calling me all sort of things for not believing that she is pregnant...I NEED YOUR HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!

Alright I'm going to keep this short, I've been watching tv and I see this commercial about pick up lines. They say some wack pick up lines like "my name is Bob but you can call me tonight" or the classic " I lost my number can I have yours" LAME!!!!! So my question is this: How many of you pretty ladies out there been approached to with the LAMEST pick up lines ever and how did you react to it? The wackest pick up line gets the ten points so good luck and don't hold out.

There is a woman who has very few friends; in fact, she has only one. She has never had much of social life...never could relate very easily to others. This only bothers her occassionally. She doesn't seek out friendships, but she doesn't shun them, either. She's fairly normal and converses fine with people, but she rarely comes across people who have the same interests, etc. that she does. Most of the time, it's other people who shun her.

Thus, she long ago gave up trying so hard to find or be friends, is most thankful for the one friend she does have, and is comfortable enough (usually) with who she is despite the fact that she is occassionally lonely.

One day, a doctor tells her she has Social Anxiety Disorder and suggests she seek counseling to determine why she can't make friends easily.

Does this seem like a fair diagnosis? Why? Should she really start taking pills and seeking therapy for being happy with herself and having people shun her?

My family thinks that I do not make good decisions for myself and they think they know what is best for me. I know that The man I love is my best friend and I love him unconditionally. There is not a minute that goes by that I don't think about him. I have never felt this kind of love before. We know what the other is thinking and we always talk about everything we never yell. We have known each other for over two years and our relationship has just gotten stronger over time and I know that I am doing the right thing I am the happest when I am with him. I feel that he has helped me find a part of me that I thought I had lost. I do know that My family will not approve of my choice to marry him because I think they look at the outside and not the inside of people and they are blind to my feelings and can not see that he makes me happy. I am going to marry him and I am going to be happy because in the long run this is my life and I have to live with my decisions that I make.

I don't mind very wealthy people who are nice, but there are so many clueless children of wealthy parents that are rude, disloyal, and ignorant I just want to strangle them. For example, my child brought home a very wealthy kid (14 years old-my son's age) and he had no manners once he walked in te door, he was talking rudely to his friends on his cell phone and didn't want to play any sports with the rest of the children at my son's party....are there any children that you know of whose parents are very wealthy and the children are just horrible?

Evolution (that is upward evolution; macro evolution) requires new information being added to the genome. A cow can duplicate info and produce another leg, but to produce a feather (or even the start of a feather or whatever) it needs NEW information added.
Can anyone give me an example that WE HAVE SEEN where new information is addded to the genome?

I have encounter many situations whereby I go into a dinner party of strangers because it is a social gathering of strangers for a benefit. I notice that, it is often me (asian guy) going to make the first contact with other ethnic groups to small talk. When I am by myself standing with a glass of wine, just waiting and observing the room, only other asians will initiate to come talk to me, even if we never met. But never has been the occasion whereby a white man or woman would approace me for small talk. The only time when a white person will come to talk with me is when they need something from me. I think this show many things about white people, they show themselves as being phobic outside of their white racist ways. Or they may be afraid that by talking outside of their white group, they may be seen as polluting their image, so they will never talk to us colored people. FYI, I think white people are the insecure types, needing to protect their "image" over substance.
